Complementary Services

+   Circuit board design involves creating a printed circuit board (PCB) layout and configuration to meet specific electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing requirements. This process includes several key steps: schematic creation, component placement, PCB routing, and generating the necessary files for manufacturing.

+   Electronic prototype design involves creating a preliminary version of an electronic device to test and validate its functionality, feasibility, and design before moving to full-scale production.

+   FPGA prototyping helps in the early detection of design errors, facilitates hardware-software co-design, and accelerates time-to-market by enabling thorough testing and validation of the design under real-world conditions.

+   DO-254

  • RTCA/DO-254, Design Assurance Guidance for Airborne Electronic Hardware, is a document published by RTCA, Incorporated, that provides guidance for the development of airborne electronic hardware.  Having worked on avionic projects, we have experience using DO-254 guidance for electronics hardware development. We know DO-254 objectives and help our customers achieve successful DO-254 certification. We can help you deploy DO-254 objectives in your electronics hardware development projects.

+   ISO 26262

  • Functional safety features form an integral part of each automotive product development phase, ranging from the specification to design, implementation, integration, verification, validation, and production release. ISO 26262 is an adaptation of the Functional Safety standard IEC 61508 for Automotive Electric/Electronic Systems. ISO 26262 defines functional safety for automotive equipment applicable throughout the lifecycle of all automotive electronic and electrical safety-related systems. We can implement and help you with ISO 26262 standard compliance for automotive electronics hardware development. We can help you on your journey to a successful ISO 26262 certification.

+   EN 50129

  • This standard applies to safety-related electronic systems (including sub-systems and equipment) for Railway Signaling Applications. EN 50129 Railway applications are communication, signaling, and processing systems / safety-related electronic systems for signaling. Thus, this standard is intended to apply to all safety-related railway signaling systems/sub-systems/equipment. During your EN 50129 process, we can help you generate the related documentation to implement and generate process assurance related to the standard. We can also act as an Independent Verification Team whenever required.
